Pure Arctic was founded by Sverrir Sverrirsson and Jørgen Peter Poulsen in 2016.
We have roots in Iceland, Greenland and Denmark. In 2017 Pure Artic established local partnerships with Simply Cooking Aps in Denmark and SFG (Sölufélag Gardyrkjumanna Ehf) in Iceland.
Simply Cooking Aps is a major consumer of vegetables in its 13 operations in Copenhagen.
SFG is the biggest vegetable producer in Iceland.
It is a co-operative collection of local farmers across Iceland, handling logistics, marketing and sales management for all its growers.
