Icelandic lamb is seasoned by nature. The sheep roam free in the pure and unspoilt nature and are raised without hormones, growth promoting antibiotics or GMO´s. The meat is full of flavour, tender and lean, and rich in necessary minerals and vitamins. The high omega-3 and iron content gives the meat its gamey flavour.
